How do I join the loyalty program?
You don’t need to sign up separately; you’ll be automatically joined once you place your third order. We’ll email you when you hit each reward milestone, so just keep glowing and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do the discount codes expire or stack?
Each reward code is single-use and doesn’t stack with other offers or promotions. You can use your code whenever you're ready, but we recommend treating yourself sooner rather than later.
Can I still earn rewards if I order using a different email address?
Our system tracks loyalty by email, so if you’ve ordered using multiple email addresses it won’t count them as repeat orders. You should stick to the same email address for all orders so your milestones are properly recognised. If you’ve already split them, shoot us a message, we’ll do our best to connect the dots.
