Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We are unable to accept returns based on change of mind once your product is opened/used.

You have 14 days to return un-opened products for a refund or store credit. To do so, products must be 
  • Unopened -In their original packaging
  • Free from wear and tear and/or damage
  • Able to be verified with a receipt of purchase
  • Returned within 14 days
  • Returned at the cost of the customer

Include your name, email, order number and products you wish to return. Items being returned should be posted to 151 Gilbert Street, Latrobe, Tasmania 7307. 


Faulty/Damaged Products

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our packaging and your items being delivered to you safely. However, in the unfortunate event that your encounter a faulty and/or damaged item please contact us at hello@sheandiskinco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Please include your name, email, order number and photo of the item where necessary so that we can arrange your exchange, repair or replacement. 
Please note, failure to notify us of faults/damages within a 7 day period will deem you as having accepted your product/products. 

Changes to this Return Policy

Subject to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

This Policy is to be read and considered in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
